Robin Bienenstock, investment committee member for Fund VII at Resource Capital Funds, talks about RCF’s open letter to IAMGOLD calling for a leadership change. She says the company has underperformed for a while now and there have been many issues with the board. Bienenstock also says they have talked to many shareholders about their plans and there has been a sweeping agreement with a general desire to have change.
