Rob Thummel, managing director and senior portfolio manager at TortoiseEcofin gives shareholder perspective on the Brookfield-Pembina battle for Inter Pipeline. He says that Pembina has proven to take existing assets and expand them, and would like to see them own more. In regards to if we will see more rounds of the bidding war, he says, "I still think it's possible for slightly better offers. And the market is saying that as well."
