Tom Porcelli, chief U.S. economist at PGIM Fixed Income, joins BNN Bloomberg to preview the expected pause on interest rates by the U.S. Federal Reserve. Porcelli says the risk of recession is still not small when you look at the labour market, and PGIM is looking for 50 to 75 basis points in rate cuts over the next year.
