Sherif Masood, head of asset management in Canada for Oxford Properties, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss their outlook for commercial real estate. He notes that they have shrunk their office portfolio from a 40-50 per cent share in 2018 to about 18 per cent now, but are outperforming the office real estate market due to their high quality holdings.
