Roger McKnight, chief petroleum analyst at En-Pro International, joins BNN Bloomberg for an outlook on this week’s gasoline prices. He says that Canadians are starting to factor fuel prices into their driving habits. He also said that refining margins have increased as gasoline prices in Canada continue to be driven by the U.S. market.
