Nigel D'Souza, investment analyst of financial services at Veritas Investment Research discusses the OSFI DSB increase to 2.5 per cent from its current 1 per cent. He says the timing of the OSFI increase is appropriate, as he doesn't "see how fundamentals can get any better than they are now."
