In the latest agreement from the Housing Accelerator Fund the federal government has announced it will give Toronto nearly half a billion dollars in housing funding. Jennifer Keesmaat, Toronto’s former Chief City Planner and now president and CEO of CollectDev-Markee, says the biggest impact will come from the re-zoning of major city streets.
