Matti Siemiatycki, professor - geography and planning at University of Toronto, joins BNN Bloomberg and says that road tolls could be useful to fund infrastructure maintenance. He also says Toronto can implement short term interventions such as dedicated bus lanes to relieve traffic gridlock.
