Jimmy Lee, chief executive officer of Wealth Consulting Group, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss his market strategy on the first day of the new quarter, saying this is a stock pickers year. Lee says that markets likely won't see a repeat of rallies like those in the beginning of the year.
