John Zechner, chairman and founder of J. Zechner Associates, says despite expectations of a further slowdown in the economy, he's finding a lot of value buys in Canadian resource stocks. Zechner says the energy sector stands out, but there are also attractive opportunities in many of the smaller metals producers and gold companies.
