Canada will have a more severe recession than the U.S. in 2023: Economist David Doyle
David Doyle, head of economics at Macquarie Group, joins BNN Bloomberg and discusses the state of Canada's economy as the Bank of Canada is releasing its Business Outlook Survey and Canadian Survey of Consumer Expectations this morning. He says he expects the data to reflect a slowing economic backdrop and capacity pressures, similar to the last release. Doyle talks on the probability of a recession and why he is expecting one in North America in 2023.
