Mark Wiseman, chair of the Alberta Investment Management Corp. (AIMCo), joins BNN Bloomberg that despite the Bank of Canada raising rates aggressively, it will have minimal impact on taming inflation. He says the real risk is stagflation and that pensions funds can benefit at this time by taking a long-term view on quality assets.
