David Nelson, Chief Strategist, Belpointe Asset Management, says valuations in some sectors of the U.S. stock market are elevated and risks are heightened. As a result, he's taking a much more balanced approach in positioning money in the market, including reducing holdings in high-flying tech behemoths and investing in the industrial sector and asset managers.
