Philip Petursson, chief investment strategist at IG Wealth Management, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss Canada's banking watchdog wanting to rein in ultra-long mortgages. Petursson says that from the economic perspective is a burden for the Canadian consumer and something that the BoC has now to pay attention to as it created this problem.
