GFL Environmental is back on the acquisition trail, announcing plans to buy the bulk of the operations of industrial waste processor Terrapure Environmental for $927.5 million. Patrick Dovigi, founder and CEO of GFL Environmental, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss. He said that he's very familiar with Terrapure, and has been eyeing its assets for quite some time.
