B.C. engineer Philip Morkel, founder and CEO of Hydragas Energy is working to find a solution to the potential release of toxic gas around one of Africa's great lakes, Lake Kivu. He says the lake is a natural carbon capture, utilization, and storage system which can be worth $50 billion of energy revenues.
