Isabelle Turcotte, federal policy director, Pembina Institute joined BNN Bloomberg to discuss what a green agenda entails and how the Liberal government will manage to build support for this as many continue to be skeptical. She said the goal of a green agenda is to become more energy efficient and eventually reach zero carbon emissions.
