High levels of immigration and not enough housing has created a supply crisis in Canada: Economist
Canada has the lowest average housing supply per capita amongst G7 countries. In fact, Ontario alone would need to build 650,000 homes just to meet the national average, this is all according to a Scotiabank housing report. Jean-François Perrault, author of the report, and senior VP and chief economist at Scotiabank, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss Canada's supply crisis.
