(Bloomberg) -- Flat Capital AB, the investment firm founded by Klarna Chief Executive Officer Sebastian Siemiatkowski and his wife Nina, has made a third investment in AI and robotics company Physical Intelligence.
Siemiatkowski’s fund provided about 7.4 million kronor ($676,000) in the latest funding round for the AI group, also known as Pi, taking its total investments in the company to 18.1 million kronor, according to a statement. Other investors include Bezos Expeditions, OpenAI Startup Fund and Sequoia Capital.
Flat Capital, founded in 2013, has also deployed funds into OpenAI, Klarna, SpaceX, Instabee, DeepL and Figma as a passive minority shareholder, it said. The investment firm’s shares, which are traded on Nasdaq’s First North Growth Market, are up about 28% so far this year.
