(Bloomberg) -- Gilead Sciences Inc. has donated about 5,000 doses of the Remdesivir antiviral in a bid to stem an outbreak of the Marburg disease in Rwanda, Sabin Nsanzimana, the African country’s health minister, said during a press conference on Thursday.
